As a Chef de Partie, you will be responsible for running a specific section of the kitchen, ensuring high-quality food preparation and presentation. You’ll work closely with the kitchen team to maintain efficiency, quality, and a positive environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing, cooking, and presenting dishes to the highest standards
• Managing your section and ensuring all is ready for service
• Supporting the Head Chef and Sous Chef in menu planning and kitchen operations
• Maintaining food safety and hygiene standards
• Training and mentoring junior kitchen staff
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Chef de Partie or similar role
• Ability to thrive in fast-paced kitchens while maintaining high-quality standards
• A strong understanding of food safety, hygiene regulations, and allergen management
