Mechanical Property Supervisor needed in Derby Paying £23.92 per hr ref 5273727
Full time hours on a temporary basis
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as technical advisor on mechanical compliance across the corporate estate, aligned with ISO 55000 standards.
- Oversee mechanical services including heating, hot water, air conditioning, and commercial kitchens.
- Manage lift inspections and ensure statutory compliance.
- Prepare specifications, drawings, and schedules for tenders and quotations.
- Conduct site visits, monitor works, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.
- Support mobilisation of new properties and contractor engagement.
