Role overview
The Birtenshaw Group is a well-established long-standing charitable organisation that has grown significantly in recent years.
An exciting opportunity has now arisen, working within our Corporate Services Department. We are looking to recruit a dedicated
and enthusiastic administrator, to provide direct administrative and clerical support within the administration team and support
an efficient and professional reception service.
Hours of work: Full time - 37 hours per week, all year around.
Please note: it is a requirement of this role that the appointed candidate wear a uniform (this is provided by The Birtenshaw
Group)
The main duties of this role include:
· Ensuring that the organisation offers a professional reception service for all internal personnel, visitors and contractors.
· Utilising IT systems
· Updating the computerised log for incoming and outgoing post
· Monitoring multiple email accounts
· Maintaining an accurate inventory of the organisation’s resources and procuring resources for the organisation where required.
· To assist in the planning of meetings, to organise rooms and provide equipment as and when required
