Please see the attached Job Description and Person Specification The post holder will assist the Deputy Healthcare Records Manager in providing a high quality effective service to all service users. They will co-ordinate the day to day supervision of staff and support the Team Leaders to manage their respective workloads. They will ensure resources are managed appropriately to achieve the targets of the Department. The post holder will provide knowledge and guidance to all staff and service users on requests to access healthcare records and ensure all requests are processed and completed within appropriate timescales. The post holder will provide training on the areas of their expertise.
