Main duties will include: Claims Accurately recording transactional information on Xero Accounting Software Payroll Management of all practice finances Participate in finance meetings Assist with the preparation of month and year end reports and other ad hoc tasks as and when required Providing presentations on the current financial situation Forecasting the finances Stock Ordering Update Databases and spreadsheets - Excel, Google Sheets Liaising with the accountants Assisting others within the finance team where required
