Job description Job responsibilities You will collaborate with our clinical teams to provide exceptional primary care services to our patients. Your role will include a mix of Phlebotomy/HCA duties and clinical administrative tasks as part of your daily responsibilities. Clinical Responsibilities: Conduct new patient health checks and other health screenings. Perform urinalysis and prepare specimens for testing. Carry out routine and 24-hour BP monitoring, providing appropriate patient advice. Conduct blood tests (phlebotomy). Administer vaccinations, including flu and pneumococcal vaccines. Provide B12 injections. Perform wound care, dressings, and other clinical tasks either independently or under supervision. Educate patients on health and well-being, promoting NHS campaigns when necessary. Gather lifestyle data for accurate record-keeping and guide patients toward relevant health resources. Maintain infection control standards and manage clinical equipment. Assist with vaccination management and clinical stock control as needed. Administrative Responsibilities: Attend and contribute to practice meetings. Support data collection and analysis related to health and well-being needs. Assist with seasonal and special projects. Complete other ad-hoc tasks as required.
