Crynodeb
Your responsibilities will include: Management of purchase order, invoicing and payment process for redevelopment projects, ensuring accuracy, compliance with Trust Standing Financial Instructions, and timely approvals. Programme coordination, including planning, risk and issue tracking, milestone management, and reporting. Support governance processes by preparing reports, maintaining document control, and ensuring compliance with audit requirements. Line-management of the Redevelopment Team Administrator, overseeing meeting administration, agendas, and minutes. Work closely with finance, procurement, capital, estates, clinical and operational colleagues, as well as external partners, to support programme delivery. Contribute to the development and improvement of PMO systems and processes to support effective programme management.
