We are looking for enthusiastic Market Stall Assistants to join our team. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be serving freshly prepared wraps and salad bowls from our busy market stalls across London. You’ll receive training during your first shifts, but after that we are keen to work with reliable people who can support us long term, especially over weekends.

Position Overview:
Job Title: Market Stall Assistant
Location: London (various market locations, e.g. Borough Market or Greenwich Market)
Pay Rate: from £12.21 per hour
Contract: Part-time, weekends and occasional weekdays

Key Responsibilities:
• Preparing and serving food (mainly wraps and salad bowls) to customers
• Delivering friendly and professional customer service
• Setting up and closing down the stall with the team
• Packing equipment, packaging and leftover food at the end of shifts
• Maintaining cleanliness and following food hygiene standards

Requirements:
• Previous experience in food handling or customer service (e.g. café, takeaway, fast food) is an advantage
• Reliability and punctuality are essential
• Ability to work well in a small team in a busy environment
• Flexibility to work across different market locations in London (many are recurring weekly)

Benefits:
• Free training provided during initial shifts
• Staff meals on shift
• Opportunity to work in vibrant London markets
• Consistent weekend shifts with potential for more hours

If you are reliable, enjoy working with people and like the buzz of market life, we’d love to hear from you.
