We are currently supporting an excellent organisation in the heart of Cheltenham in their search for a friendly, down to earth and flexible individual to join their team on a permanent basis. This role will be a blend of general office administration and finance support- and whilst some familiarly around the listed finance duties can be beneficial, you do not need a strong finance background/qualifications, as this will be in an administrative ‘supporting’ capacity.
This is a part time role able to offer between 20 – 30 hours per week (up to you) and so could easily work for an individual seeking a role to fit around a school run if necessary! Duties
- All round administration to ensure the smooth running of the office.
- Handle emails and telephone correspondence, answering relevant enquiries when necessary.
- Support company handbooks, updating when necessary.
- Keep internal systems up to date.
- Collate payroll information ready for submission to external bureau.
- Process bank reconciliations and invoices via Xero.
- Some overdue debt chasing.
- Pay supplier and freelancer invoices.
Hours: 20h – 30h per week (up to you) across Monday to Friday. Flexible start/finish times so you may choose to start work any time between 8am – 10am.
Salary: Up to £29,500 per annum (pro rata) + benefits including:
- 31 days holiday incl. bank holiday + ability to buy & sell an additional 14 days
