Crynodeb
The post holder will be responsible for operational management, clinical and professional leadership and support to all staff within First Dietitians. They will lead on the strategic planning and service development within the dietetic department and will lead on strategic development, operational policy, business development and transformational opportunities involving nutrition and dietetics for First Community Health & Care. They will lead on aspects of clinical training for dietitians, student dietitians and other healthcare professionals. They will manage a service which operates into West Sussex, as well as east Surrey along with any other current contracted activity ensuring the provision of high quality and effective care from First Dietitians. The post holder will be responsible for ensuring that CQC regulations are adhered to. They will also be required to participate in the Operational Manager on call rota.
