We are looking for experienced SIA Door Supervision staff to join our team in Birmingham.
Applicants preferably should have experience working in Security.
We are looking for someone who is smart and approachable and will have the ability to communicate with people at all levels.
Shifts: 11 hours.
Rate Of Pay: £12.21 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
*Maintain a safe and secure environment
*Assess customer suitability for entry and resolve issues effectively
*Respond promptly and professionally to incidents
*Support venue operations through assertive and proactive presence
*Deliver outstanding customer service
*Promote health and safety awareness
What We’re Looking For:
*Previous experience in security
*Fluent in English with excellent communication skills
*Strong conflict resolution and customer service skills
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
