The Opportunity

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to take the lead in a thriving, community-focused practice in West London. This role offers the perfect blend of clinical leadership, hands-on nursing, and team development within a supportive environment where patient care and client relationships always come first.

    What You’ll Do

    ✔ Provide clinical leadership to a close-knit nursing team
    ✔ Support with surgeries, procedures, admissions and discharges
    ✔ Lead nurse consultations and Schedule 3 procedures
    ✔ Deliver outstanding patient monitoring and inpatient care
    ✔ Ensure seamless patient transfers to OOH or enhanced care facilities
    ✔ Coach and develop colleagues, fostering a strong clinical culture
    ✔ Maintain compliance with RCVS and clinical standards at all times

    What We’re Looking For

    ✔ RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse with minimum 2 years’ UK experience
    ✔ Confident in leading a clinical team and promoting nurse-led services
    ✔ Skilled in coaching, mentoring and supporting colleagues
    ✔ Strong communicator, able to build lasting client and team relationships
    ✔ Clinical coach qualification desirable (but not essential)
