The OpportunityA rare and exciting opportunity has arisen for a Head Registered Veterinary Nurse to take the lead in a well-established Greater London practice. This role offers the perfect platform for an experienced RVN to step into leadership, inspire a team, and make a genuine impact on both patient care and team development.
The successful candidate will bring confidence, organisation, and a proactive approach to guiding colleagues, overseeing daily nursing operations, and ensuring the smooth running of clinical care.

What You’ll Do✔ Provide day-to-day nursing leadership, ensuring smooth practice operations
What We’re Looking For
✔ Support with surgeries, procedures, and inpatient monitoring
✔ Deliver nurse-led consultations and Schedule 3 procedures
✔ Manage admissions, discharges, and patient transfers
✔ Dispense and check medications, ensuring accuracy and compliance
✔ Coach, mentor, and inspire team members at all levels
✔ Hold regular team briefings to promote collaboration and efficiency
✔ Uphold exceptional patient care, client service, and professional standards✔ RCVS-registered Veterinary Nurse

£40,000 salary (DOE)
