- Communicate effectively with parents, providing regular updates and feedback

- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years and Childcare (or equivalent)
- Previous experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children
- Strong organisational and time-management abilities
- Creativity and enthusiasm for planning engaging activities
- Knowledge of safeguarding and child protection procedures
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
