The Role

As a Graduate Unqualified Teacher, you will:

• Deliver pre-planned lessons to full classes under the guidance of experienced teachers
• Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive, engaging learning environment
• Support students of all abilities to achieve their full potential
• Develop your teaching practice with regular coaching and training sessions
• Build valuable experience to progress onto formal teacher training or salaried routes into QTS
