Key responsibilities

•Greeting and serving customers in a professional manner.
•Preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
•Taking and processing customer payments
•Collecting food from the kitchen and delivering it to tables quickly
•Assisting bartenders by restocking glasses, ice, etc
•Clearing empty glasses, plates, and cutlery from tables and service areas.
•Wiping down and resetting tables for the next guests.
•Helping keep the bar and service stations clean and organised.
•Checking in with guests to see if they need extra cutlery, sauces, or drinks.
•Monitoring stock levels.

Skills required
Customer service: polite, friendly, and professional with guests.
•Communication: clear when passing orders between kitchen, bar, and front-of-house.
•Teamwork: supporting servers, bartenders, and chefs during busy shifts.
•Time management: delivering food and drinks promptly.
•Attention to detail: checking orders are complete and correct before serving.
•Ability to stay on your feet, move quickly, and work under pressure.
