We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Health, Safety and Wellbeing Assistant to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of health and safety policies and procedures.
Conduct regular workplace inspections to identify hazards and recommend corrective actions.
Support the organization of health and safety training sessions for all employees.
Assist in the investigation of accidents and incidents, providing reports and recommendations to prevent recurrence.
Promote employee awareness and engagement in all health, safety, and wellbeing initiatives.
Maintain accurate records and documentation related to health and safety compliance.
Collaborate with various departments to support ergonomics assessments and promote comfortable work environments.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or related field preferred.
Prior experience in a health and safety role or related internship is advantageous.
Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage and educate staff at all levels.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with health and safety management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and problem-solving skills.
Hours Per Week: 37.00
Start Time: 09:00
End Time: 17:00
Pay Per Hour: £91.26
