Recruit4staff are representing a leading FMCG business in their search for an Engineering Team Leader to work in Droitwich

Job Details:

• Pay: Up to £60,000
• Hours of Work: 4 on 4 off day shifts, 7 am - 7 pm
• Duration: Permanent

Job Role: As an Engineering Team Leader, you will be responsible for the leadership, development, and performance management of the engineering team. This role requires aligning activities to business goals, managing contractors, and optimising maintenance schedules through effective planning. You’ll play a key part in driving maintenance excellence and improving cost efficiency through data analysis and strategic planning.

Essential Skills, Experience, or Qualifications:

• Experience of managing an on-site team within the FMCG environment
• Experience in working with process equipment P&ID's
• Must be an effective communicator with strong people skills
• Must be happy to work in a cold environment
• Recognised Electrical/Mechanical apprenticeship
