Interim Housing Procurement Opportunity
Hybrid
Up to £500/day (Inside IR35)

We're looking for an experienced Housing Procurement Specialist to support a high-profile public sector programme on an interim basis.This is a hands-on delivery role requiring someone who can hit the ground running and bring deep expertise in housing-related procurement within a Local Authority or Housing Association setting.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading procurements for housing development and regeneration projects
- Developing procurement strategies and tender documentation
- Supporting governance, compliance, and contract award processes
- Engaging with internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience in housing procurement (development, maintenance, or regeneration)
- Background in a Local Authority housing team or Housing Association
- Completion of the PA23 10-module training (essential)
- Strong understanding of public procurement regulations
- Confident managing end-to-end procurement processes independently
