Your new role
You will join the finance department as a Junior Legal Biller, supporting the billing cycle from start to finish.
Responsibilities include:
- Preparing and submitting billing reports using Elite 3E
- Ensuring fee agreements are in place and accurately recorded
- Liaising with legal teams to confirm billing details post-hearing
- Managing billing deadlines and month-end processes
- Maintaining accurate records across billing and document management systems
- Supporting diary management and coordinating with Fee Earners and Clerks
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience working in a legal environment
- Proficiency in Elite 3E billing software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks
- Familiarity with legal documentation and diary management systems
