Crynodeb
Provide nursing and clinical leadership, co-ordinating and assuring the highest standards of care for patients as measured by performance indicators. Provide professional nursing leadership on the organisation and management of care. Monitor the provision and delivery of support services ensuring that these are designed and delivered to achieve the highest standard of care. Provide the lead role in establishing a culture of cleanliness ensuring that cleaning staff are part of ward teams Take the lead in ensuring best practice in infection prevention and control is adopted by all staff at all times. Be responsible and accountable for the delivery of a safe and clean care environment, ensuring that cleanliness standards are maintained at all times. Work in collaboration with the facilities team to ensure that support services, including meals and cleaning schedules are reflective of the needs of the clinical areas and that the environment is maintained appropriately.
