We are looking for a person that:Can build strong and positive relationships with colleagues, children and parents Is passionate about making a difference to all children Is confident and committed and has some experience in working with children in a classroom setting and ideally have experience of working with children who have SEND and/or medical conditionsCan demonstrate strong behaviour management.Is self-motivated, creative and flexible with a strong desire to learn and improveBe resilient, positive, patient and compassionate.
