Previous experience in a school or busy office environment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office and school management systems (desirable)
A calm, friendly, and professional manner – especially when under pressure
A high level of confidentiality and attention to details
A proactive and positive attitude to working in a school that supports young people with additional needs
Hold relevant qualifications (minimum Level 4 (A-C) qualifications in English and Maths)
If the above describes you, we would love to hear from you.
Experience: Please see the attached Job Description for full details of the responsibilities and expectations of this role.
Training: It is important to us to ensure you feel valued and supported. Full training appropriate to the role will be provided.
