The Governing Body wish to appoint a highly motivated Office Manager to work in a friendly busy school office. Duties and responsibilities include analysis of school data, managing admissions, attendance and staff absence. Would need to have an excellent knowledge of SIMS including FMS module or an equivalent management system. The successful applicant should be able to work as part of a team and also to act on their own initiative.
The successful applicant will have a positive attitude and be able to respond positively to the confidential nature of the post.
St Joseph’s Catholic Primary School is a happy, friendly school and the Office Manager must reflect this as the point of contact with the public.
