Are you passionate about making a meaningful difference in the lives of children with special educational needs?
A welcoming and inclusive primary school in Kensington is looking for a SEN Teaching Assistant to join their team ASAP. This is a full-time, long-term role supporting a child in Year 1 with additional needs on a 1:1 basis within the classroom.
You’ll be working closely with the class teacher and SENCo to adapt learning, build confidence, and help the child access the curriculum in a supportive and structured environment. The school prides itself on its nurturing ethos, strong sense of community, and commitment to helping every child thrive.
The successful SEN TA will:
• Provide tailored support for a child with SEND
• Help implement individual learning plan
• Promote communication, social interaction, and independence
Prior experience supporting children with autism, speech and language needs, or learning difficulties would be an advantage.
