About the Role:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our Estates Office team at Lagan Valley Hospital. This role is vital in supporting helpdesk operations and administrative functions in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and provide excellent customer service.
- Accurately capture information using internal systems during calls.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure smooth operations.
- Follow established processes and escalate queries where necessary.
Essential Skills & Attributes:
- Excellent telephone and customer service skills.
- 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language
OR NVQ Level 2 in Administration
OR 1 year's relevant clerical/administrative experience - Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
- Competence in using systems to record and manage information.
- Confidence in a busy work setting, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- 4 GCSEs (Grades A-C) including English Language
