About the Role - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
As a Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant, you’ll:
• Work with pupils aged 6–16 who have a variety of needs, including Autism, ADHD, Social, Emotional & Mental Health (SEMH) challenges, and Moderate Learning Difficulties
• Provide both 1:1 and small-group support in lessons and activities
• Encourage confidence, independence, and social interaction among pupils
• Collaborate with teachers and therapists to create a positive, engaging learning environment

Candidate Profile - Graduate SEN Teaching Assistant
We’re looking for graduates who are:
• Educated to degree level (2:2 or higher) – Psychology, Education, or related fields are beneficial
• Patient, adaptable, and able to stay calm under pressure
• Strong communicators with a genuine interest in supporting young people
• Previous experience working with children, mentoring, or SEN (desirable but not essential)
• Eligible to work in the UK (this role does not offer sponsorship)
