At Job&Talent, we are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives for exciting opportunities at Unipart Logistics in Honeybourne, Evesham (WR11 8TS). This is a fantastic chance to join a well-established logistics team where full training is provided, ensuring you gain the skills and confidence to work across a variety of departments.
As a Warehouse Operative you will need to have:
- Good communication skills and the ability to speak, read and write basic English
- Able to follow instructions
- Ability to give attention to detail.
- Be physically fit and reliable.
Details:
- Salary: £12.77 per hour
- Working Hours are Monday-Thursday 7:30-16:00 and Friday 7:00-15:30. Location:
- Shinehill Lane, South Littleton, Evesham WR11 8TS
- Duration: Ongoing
Role of a Warehouse Operative:
- Pick, check, store and pack automotive goods either manually or using RDT technology to a high standard of accuracy
- Pump trucking stacks of full totes and sorting to the department
- Pull and prepare product for shipment, ensuring that the exact number and type of product is loaded onto cages
- Load and unload trailers safely and in line with company procedures
- Report any errors, damages or quality issues found whilst undertaking duties
- You will be working with products like car parts and car service parts
- Frequent heavy lifting required
- Work to standard operating procedures in line with company policy
- Maintain high levels of Health and Safety awareness and report any areas of concern immediately
- Assist with inventory counting and stock investigations when necessary
- Assist other team members as necessary
- Support Colleagues and Team Leader with all day to day tasks
- To action any other elements to fulfil the operational needs of the business and undertake any other reasonable duties as allocated
