Are you someone who enjoys creating smooth, high-quality workplace experiences? Do you take pride in being organised, responsive, and service-driven? At Mitie, we're looking for a Hospitality Service Desk Administrator to join our front-of-house team in a corporate environment in Central London.
About the RoleIn this role, you'll be the first point of contact for meeting and event booking enquiries. You'll manage our booking systems, support colleagues and clients with their workplace needs, and help ensure every detail, from catering to room setup, is handled with care and precision.
You'll also play a key part in supporting the wider workplace experience team, helping to deliver a consistent and professional service across all touchpoints.
What You'll Be DoingYou'll be responsible for maintaining the Event Management System (EMS), responding to enquiries, and coordinating with catering, AV, and facilities teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. You'll also manage user accounts, prepare reports, and support menu updates and pricing accuracy. On the day of events, you may assist with room setups and provide on-the-ground support to ensure everything goes to plan.
What We're Looking ForDo you have at least two years of experience in hospitality, customer service, or a corporate front-of-house role? Are you confident using Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint? We're looking for someone who is highly organised, has strong communication skills, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, people-focused environment.
A positive, proactive attitude is key and if you have a hospitality or customer service qualification, that's a bonus.
