About the Role:
As Head of Performance Media, you’ll own the strategy and execution of PPC, display, and performance campaigns. You’ll manage budgets, oversee agencies, and deliver measurable growth, while acting as a key marketing stakeholder and driving cross-functional collaboration.
You’ll Own:
Multi-million-pound PPC and performance media budgets
Booking growth and cost efficiency across Google, Bing, Meta, and emerging channels
Team leadership, mentoring, and fostering a culture of innovation
Strategic influence with senior stakeholders and business-critical projects
Continuous testing, learning, and optimisation
What You Need To Know:
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Team: Lead a talented team of performance media specialists
Location: Chester HQ - hybrid/ flexible working
Reports To: Marketing Director
Collaboration: Work closely with Marketing, Data, and Commercial teams
You’ll Bring:
Extensive experience leading operational paid media/PPC campaigns
Experience managing multi-million-pound budgets
Strong knowledge of bid management platforms and performance optimisation
Strategic, data-driven mindset with a test-and-learn approach
Ability to thrive in fast-paced, change-driven environments
Experience influencing senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
Bonus: Travel/tourism sector exposure, LinkedIn/Pinterest advertising experience
