Coppice Lea Care Home in Merstham, on the edge of Redhill, Surrey is a lovely Victorian country house built in 1881 and has 5 acres of beautiful extensive grounds backing into woodland. Life at Coppice Lea is a home from home environment. Our team are caring making our residents lives as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. Providing a variety of daily activities and entertainment, or our residents can enjoy quiet areas to just read and relax. Resident centred care is our top priority. As our new Home Manager, you will: Lead and inspire a dedicated team to deliver outstanding, person-centred care. Foster a culture of empathy, respect, and continuous improvement.
