Our client based in Gloucester who are a non-profit organisation supporting mental and physical wellbeing of young people in Gloucestershire, have an exciting opportunity for a People Administrator to join their ever-growing team.
You will be working closely with the Business Manager supporting the administrative function within the recruitment, HR and training side of the business ensuring that all appropriate policies and procedures are maintained.
Responsibilities:
-Support the administration for recruitment, including shortlisting and interview booking
-Undertake the full lifecycle of employment paperwork
-Provide support to management teams with all people administration
-Support the day-to-day management of the buildings across the charity
-Deliver training on admin processes as required
-Maintain accurate and detailed information with the database
-Work to increase awareness of opportunities within the organisation
-Reception cover as requested by senior management during holiday and sickness periods
Candidate Attributes:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organisational and ability to multitask
- Good investigative and query handling skills
- Ability to prioritise workload and work on own initiative
- Previous HR/Recruitment experience would be highly advantageous
Hours: Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week
Salary: up to £27,000 depending on experience + 25 days holiday + bank holidays + Christmas shutdown (not taken out of your allocation)
