About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity to start your career in recruitment with a focus on education. You’ll be trained to manage the full recruitment process—from sourcing candidates to placing them in roles that make a real difference in classrooms across the UK.
Key Responsibilities
Build relationships with schools and education providers
Source, screen, and interview candidates for teaching and support roles
Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
Match candidates to suitable vacancies and coordinate placements
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with safeguarding standards

A recent graduate (any discipline) with strong communication skills
Passionate about education and making a positive impact
Organised, proactive, and eager to learn
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
A team player with a professional and approachable manner
