Job Type: Full-Time + Self-Employed

Capital Outsourcing Group is proud to be recruiting on behalf of our client – a leading name in the telecoms industry. We’re on the lookout for Experienced Telecoms Civils Operatives to join their growing team working on the CityFibre contract.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Carrying out excavation works in highways (NRSWA compliant)
Installing ducting, chambers, and clearing blockages
Rod, rope, and testing fibre routes
Reinstating works to meet SROH standards
Attending residential properties to run cables from distribution points
Liaising with customers to discuss garden routing and access
Ensuring safety and quality while working in the CityFibre UG and PIA network
What You’ll Need:
A full UK driving licence (held for 12+ months, max 6 points)
Valid NRSWA Units 1-5 – Essential
Experience on the CityFibre and/or Openreach/PIA networks is desirable
Confidence using mechanical civils equipment
A solid understanding of Health & Safety and risk assessment practices
Background in telecoms, construction, or a hands-on trade
Great communication skills and a customer-first mindset
Willingness to work at heights and underground when needed
