- Experience in business change projects and stakeholder management.
- Knowledge of both Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical detail to non-technical audiences.
- Hands-on, driven, and proactive leader with a collaborative approach.
Desirable skills & experience:
- Experience in retail environments.
- Formal project management certification (PMP, PMI, or CSM).
- Team leadership experience in technology or change-focused environments.

- The opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering technology solutions across a respected, values-driven organisation.
- A collaborative, supportive, and forward-thinking working environment where innovation is encouraged.
