Position 1: Installation EngineerYou'll be responsible for the installation of domestic heating systems, including:
- Full boiler installations and upgrades
- Central heating systems and pipework
- Smart heating controls (e.g., Hive, Nest)
- Ensuring compliance with Gas Safe regulations
Position 2: Breakdown & Servicing EngineerYou'll be attending domestic properties to:
- Diagnose and repair faults in gas appliances
- Carry out annual boiler servicing and safety checks
- Respond to emergency breakdowns
- Deliver clear advice and maintain high customer satisfaction
✅ Essential Qualifications & Experience (Both Roles):
- Gas Safe Registered
- CCN1
- Core Domestic Gas Safety - CENWAT - Central Heating Boilers & Water Heaters
- HTR1 - Gas Fires and Wall Heaters
- CKR1 - Gas Cookers (preferred)
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plumbing & Heating (or equivalent)
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Experience in domestic properties
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
