You will deliver engaging and high-quality teaching to learners on Public Services courses (Level 2-3), preparing them for careers in the police, fire service, armed forces, emergency services and other key sectors. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in learners' lives and guide them to achieve their potential.
- Plan and deliver lessons that inspire and challenge students
- Assess, track and guide student progress to help them achieve their goals
- Bring real-world public service experience into the classroom
- Contribute to the wider success of the Public Services department
- A recognised teaching qualification (or willingness to work towards one)
- Industry knowledge/experience within public services (military, police, fire, etc.)
- A passion for further education and training and supporting young people
- Excellent communication, organisation and teamwork skills
- Dedicated team that works well together
