Job Overview
-Will receive work experience at Mitie administration office and stores department.
Main Duties
Helpdesk
-Act as the first point of contact for customer queries (in person, phone, email).
-Operate within contract KPIs and maintain accurate records in Maximo.
-Manage planned and reactive maintenance tasks, timesheets, and reports.
-Support payroll preparation and monthly archiving.
-Assist with monthly reporting and feedback handling.
-Collaborate with colleagues and perform other duties as directed.
-Maintain office cleanliness and organisation.
Pre-Planned Maintenance (PPM)
-Schedule and process PPM work orders in Maximo.
-Track completion, raise remedial work orders, and archive documentation.
-Monitor denied access incidents and ensure data accuracy.
-Prepare monthly PPM reports and manage water meter readings and sample results.
Stores
-Handle customer queries and feedback.
-Record transactions and manage filing systems.
-Process quotations and orders via procurement systems.
-Perform stock control and support material supply for work orders.
-Monitor PPE levels and ensure safe working practices.
Skills to develop
-MS Word, Excel, and basic database use.
-Strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping.
-Excellent customer service and communication.
-Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
