Job Responsibility: Representing the company to the public ; using communications strategies to promote an understanding of the activities and image of our clients in a favourable way; building strong relationships and networks with clients and answer enquiries from the clients and other third parties; preparing and supervising the production of publicity brochures, handouts, direct mail leaflets, promotional videos, photographs, films and multimedia programmes; devising photo opportunities and coordinating location photography; organising events (such as exhibitions and open days), and seek out sponsorship opportunities; managing and updating information and engage with users on social media sites ; preparing regular client reports and attending client meetings; commissioning market research; undertaking research for new business proposals and presenting them to potential new clients; fostering good community relations through events and through involvement in community initiatives
