Crynodeb
The right candidate will need to be able to demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a driving passion for Clinical Governance and determination to improve quality and safety across our services. You will need to have good clinical knowledge in midwifery/nursing practice and will have demonstrable clinical experience. In this role you will support Risk and Governance Manager in all aspects of clinical governance. You will need to be self-motivated, clinically sound, approachable and well organised. In this key role you will work closely with the multi- disciplinary team. The successful candidate will receive a comprehensive induction programme and an opportunity to further develop their knowledge and skills in Governance and Risk Management whilst working in a supportive and compassionate environment.
