HMP Garth is a category B Prison located in Ulnes Walton, Lancashire. Housing around 800 male patients aged 21+. Within this role you will be working with an established Pharmacy team delivering clinical screening, structure medication reviews, and be involved in audits and pharmacy project work. You will work closely with the wider multi disciplinary team to ensure the delivery of a successful pharmacy service for all patients. This is a non dispensing pharmacy, ideal applicant would have an independent prescriber qualification. Hours Monday to Friday 8am-4pm Salary This is a full time role with a salary between £49,848 and £55,941 per annum depending on experience Interview will be conducted on 19th September How will we support you?
