Redhill Academy Trust Pay Scale, Band 9Scale point 41 - 45Actual salary: £31,327 - £34,028 per annum37 hours per week (Mon - Thurs 08:00 - 16:00, Fri 08:00 - 15:30) - Permanent / All year round (52 weeks per year)Required to start as soon as possibleNow recruiting for a PA to Headteacher / Office Manager to lead the Main School Office in helping the Academy function effectively, whilst providing efficient Personal Assistant to the Headteacher and administrative support to the Senior Leadership Team.To be successful in this role you will have:Minimum of 5 GCSE’s A* - C including English and MathsMinimum 2 years relevant management experience and/ or PA experienceExperience of recruitment, staff development and performance managementAbility to work in and develop, professional partnershipsPrinciples of effective management and supervisionStrong IT Skills and competent user of Microsoft applications including Excel and PowerPointAbility to provide support and guidance to a mix of professional staff and ability to demonstrate effective management skillsStrong leadership skills and a strong focus on service deliveryStrong performance management skillsAbility to deliver through others, managing time and resources effectively Excellent interpersonal and organisational skills and ability to deal sensitively with people and resolve conflictPossess integrity, honesty, and confidentialityAbility to compile documents and write reportsWillingness to be flexible in approachGood organisational and time management skillsPositive and “can do” attitudeExcellent administrative ability, accuracy of work and clear attention to detailPark Vale Academy is part of Redhill Academy Trust.
