We now have an exciting opportunity for a Store Manager to join our team in Strabane. Situated in the heart of this vibrant town, our Strabane store serves a loyal customer base and provides a dynamic and rewarding place to work.

As Store Manager, you will:
Lead and inspire a passionate team, drive sales, and ensure our customers receive the outstanding shopping experience Bonmarché is known for. We're looking for a commercially minded and proactive retail manager who enjoys working on their own initiative. Previous fashion retail experience is a plus but not essential – full training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities:
• Drive Sales – Motivate your team to achieve and exceed store targets
• Operational Management – Oversee day-to-day store operations, ensuring compliance with company standards and cost efficiency
• Maximise Profitability – Implement sales strategies and promotions to boost store performance
• Customer Service Excellence – Maintain a high level of customer care at all times
• Team Development – Coach, manage, and support your team to help them reach their full potential

• Commercial Awareness – A good understanding of the retail market and how to identify opportunities for growth
• Strong Leadership – Ability to lead by example, inspire others, and drive results
