Our client is recruiting a Sous Chef for their stylish country pub & restaurant based close Oundle This is an opportunity for an ambitious Sous to take the next step in their career and work in a succesful and busy business. The pub serves a modern british seasonal menu which is popular all year rouund. The pub has a 40 cover restaurant plus outdoor seating. The roles is 4.5 days a week workiing Wednesday to Sunday with 3 nights off. Candidates will need their own transport due to location.
