An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Branch Manager to join a reputable estate agency specialising in residential sales, lettings, land & new homes, and mortgage services. This is a fantastic chance to lead a branch, inspire a sales team, and drive growth in a dynamic property market.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage branch operations across local offices
Drive lead generation and identify new business opportunities
Conduct daily meetings to set objectives and monitor performance
Coach, mentor, and motivate sales teams to achieve targets
Carry out valuations and win new instructions
Deliver excellent service standards for clients and vendors
About You
Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Sales/Lettings Manager, Valuations Manager, Estate Manager, or similar
Minimum of 6 months’ valuation experience
Strong background in residential estate agency
Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and client-handling skills
Commercially aware with the ability to deliver results
