Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Nursing Home Manager to lead and manage a large care home near Glasgow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing large care homes, with excellent knowledge of Care Inspectorate (CI) standards. While a nursing qualification is preferred, it is not essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the care home
- Ensure compliance with CI standards
- Build and maintain a motivated and effective team
- Provide leadership and support to staff
- Enhance the quality of care provided to residents
