Are you an experienced professional with a background in education? The Diocese of Norwich Education and Academies Trust (DNEAT) are looking for a Complaints Officer to join our team on a flexible, zero-hour basis.
In this role, you will lead and support the investigation of complaints across our Multi Academy Trust, and on occasion grievance procedures. You’ll ensure that concerns are addressed thoroughly, sensitively, and in line with Trust policies.
What We’re Looking For:

- Experience within the education sector and note taking, minuting or report writing.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of safeguarding, data protection, and confidentiality.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines.
- Commitment to equality, diversity, and the values of the Trust.
