Requirements

• Previous experience in a workshop or similar hands-on role.
• Comfortable working with tools and materials.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in quality.
• Carpentry background is highly desirable, candidates from this trade have transitioned successfully into this role.
• Reliable, punctual, and a relationship builder.
