Telent are looking for a Customer Coordinator as part of major growth within the infrastructure services team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Customer Focused individual with strong administration skills to step into a role that supports delivery activity.
This Customer Coordinator role will see you work out of the Chorley office at least 1 day per week, with flexibility to work from home on the other days. You MUST be commutable to the Chorley office (PR7 3JP).

This Customer Coordinator role is responsible for the day-to-day support and Coordination of works, ensuring it is executed, reported on and completed efficiently, and in accordance with Street Works legalisations and Contract deliverables and processes.
Customer Coordinator - What you'll do:
- To prioritise and coordinate work orders, through liaison with subcontractors and Supplier Managers.
- To ensure full compliance with local authority and statutory provisions for the administration of Street Works legislations.
- To maintain accurate records and data of in-progress and completed works.
- To maintain and ensure compliancy with the relevant Health & Safety policy provisions.
- To perform other administrative duties as required.
- To help support and ensure all agreed client and internal KPI's are met or exceeded.
Customer Coordinator - Key requirements:
- Must have basic numeracy and literacy skills, to GCSE standard.
- City & Guild NRSWA Coordination of Street Works or equivalent (preferred).
- Ability to prioritise and organise workloads to meet deadlines.
- Adept in the logistical skills required to produce effective and efficient work programmes (Customer, materials, geography, documentation etc.).
- Able to communicate professionally and effectively.
- Must be adept in the use of basic "systems" (training will be provided).
- Holder of a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle (preferred but not essential).
