What You'll Do
As Store Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the store's success. You'll:
Take full ownership of day-to-day operations and performance
Lead, coach, and develop your team to deliver exceptional service and hit ambitious sales targets
Build strong relationships with customers and create a community-focused store environment
Implement innovative strategies to drive footfall and boost customer engagement
Ensure impeccable standards of visual merchandising and stock presentation
Manage store administration, including health & safety, compliance, and cash handling
Collaborate with wider business teams to support promotions, marketing campaigns, and growth initiatives
